Welcome to Central Dauphin East High School!

With two decades of experience in education, I am honored to continue as Principal at Central Dauphin East High School in Harrisburg, PA, a school renowned for its diversity. 

My educational journey is a testament to the transformative power of education and an unwavering commitment to learning and sharing knowledge. As a first-generation college graduate, I earned a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Master of Education, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Each degree represents a significant milestone in my continuous learning journey. As an educational leader, I deeply value inclusivity and equity, which means meeting individuals where they are and guiding them to reach their full potential. This commitment is at the core of my vision for the school to serve as a beacon of H.O.P.E. (Help, Opportunity, Purpose, Empowerment), symbolizing a place that is not just a building but a community devoted to impacting its diverse students, staff, and stakeholders. My missional focus is to create an environment where everyone can thrive and succeed regardless of their background or circumstances, setting an inspiring example for all.  

Serving as a school leader is just one facet of my life. I take great pride in being a husband, father, and mentor. I believe that these personal roles not only guide and support others in their educational and personal journeys but also have the potential to make the most significant impact on the community. In addition to these roles, I have also served as an athletic coach and personal trainer. I am a Nationally Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and USA Track and Field level 2 coach (Sprints/ Hurdles/Relays), roles I have enjoyed for over 18 years, allowing me to give back to the youth in a different capacity. 

I am excited about the prospect of collaborating with all stakeholders, including school staff, students, and community members. Together, we can transform challenges into opportunities by realizing that we all have a joint mission: to create an environment that develops the capacity for education, character, growth, and success for every student.
