Dauphin County Resources
HELP attempts to find short term, emergency shelter for those low income individuals in need of housing. People who are faced with an eviction, and who fall into the category of being threatened by homelessness, can get crisis assistance too, such as emergency rent payments or deposits. 717-238-2851 H.E.L.P is located at 413 South 19th Street Harrisburg, PA 17104. Hours: M-F 9 am – 11 am and 1 pm- 3 pm EXCEPT Wednesday closed after 11 am. After hours contact 232-7511.
